Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred appointment date and time whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund (if prepaid) or may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment, based on the original payment arrangement.

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to help offset the reserved appointment time.

No-Shows
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be responsible for the full appointment fee.

Therapist Cancellations
If HAILAN WELLNESS must cancel an appointment due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose either:
• A full refund (if prepaid)
or
• A rescheduled appointment at the next available time.
