Appointments

Appointments are available by reservation and subject to therapist availability.

A booking request is not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation from HAILAN WELLNESS.

Mobile Massage Services

Services are available at residences, hotels, vacation rentals, offices, and approved locations within our service area.

Clients must provide:

• A clean and safe environment

• Adequate space for the massage table

• Reasonable parking access

• A smoke-free environment during the appointment

Client Health Information

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of:

• Medical conditions

• Recent surgeries

• Pregnancy

• Injuries

• Allergies

• Medications that may affect treatment

Massage therapy complements healthcare but does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Professional Conduct

HAILAN WELLNESS provides professional therapeutic massage only.

Any inappropriate comments, behavior, harassment, solicitation, or requests for sexual services will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Therapist Safety

The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services whenever personal safety or professional boundaries are compromised.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may reduce treatment time to avoid delaying future appointments.

The full appointment fee may still apply.

Travel Area

Travel outside the standard service area may require an additional travel fee.

Payment

Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Future online payments may be processed securely through Stripe.

Liability

Clients acknowledge that massage therapy carries inherent risks and agree to communicate any discomfort during treatment.

Acceptance

Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
