Cancellation & Refund Policy

At HAILAN WELLNESS, we understand that schedules change.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may receive a refund (if prepaid) or be applied toward a future appointment, according to the payment arrangement in place.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without notice may be charged the full appointment fee.

Therapist Cancellations

If HAILAN WELLNESS must cancel due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose either:

• A full refund (if prepaid)

OR
